Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Last updated August 30, 2026.

Information you give us

When you request a confidential homeowner options review, use a contact form, or call or text us, we collect the information you choose to provide. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address, and whatever you tell us about your mortgage situation and your goals.

We ask for this so we can respond to you and evaluate which options may be available for your property. You are not required to give us any of it, but we cannot help you without at least a way to reach you.

Information about the property

To evaluate options for a property we may look at publicly available records — county recorder filings, tax assessor records, recorded notices — and multiple listing service data available to licensed real estate professionals. That information exists independently of you, and we obtain it from those sources rather than from you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site may collect standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. We use it to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to:

  • respond to your inquiry and discuss your situation with you

  • evaluate the options that may apply to your property

  • connect you, where appropriate, with a licensed agent in your market through the Keller Williams network

  • send you information you have asked for

  • meet our record-keeping and legal obligations as licensed real estate professionals

How we do not use it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact information to lead buyers, marketing lists, or data brokers.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where it is necessary to do what you asked us to do, or where the law requires it. That can include:

  • the licensed agent or broker working with you on your property

  • service providers who operate our forms, phone system, email and document storage, who may use it only to provide those services to us

  • professionals you ask us to coordinate with, such as your attorney, accountant or housing counselor

  • authorities or parties where we are required to disclose by law, subpoena or court order

Calls, texts and email

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing at any time by telling us so.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to assist you and to satisfy the record-retention requirements that apply to licensed real estate brokerage activity, and then we dispose of them.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below and tell us what you are asking for.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

A note on foreclosure-related inquiries

If you contact us about a property in foreclosure, please understand that we are licensed real estate professionals, not attorneys, and nothing on this site or in our communications is legal advice. Foreclosure timelines and homeowner rights vary by state and by loan. We encourage you to speak with an attorney licensed in your state about your specific situation.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date shown above.
